Frontend Developer (Playable Ads)

Nexters is an international game development company listed on NASDAQ (GDEV) with offices in Cyprus, Armenia, Kazakhstan, and remote options. We are seeking an experienced Frontend Developer to design and develop a framework for creating Playable Ads for Hero Wars, one of the most popular mobile games. You will lead the technical vision and grow a team of developers while building highly effective interactive ad creatives.

• Design and develop a framework for creating Playable Ads
• Create efficient tools to accelerate the development process
• Develop Playable Ads based on the created engine
• Implement advanced technical solutions
• Optimize performance across various devices
• Make technical decisions as a lead developer
• Grow the team of developers and share expertise

• At least 3 years of experience in Playable Ads development
• Knowledge of shaders and ability to create FX effects
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript
• Commercial experience with Pixi.js or Three.js libraries
• Familiarity with Cocos Creator or similar tools architecture and principles
• Experience creating complex interactive interfaces or games
• Skills in code optimization and performance tuning across devices
• Experience configuring builds with Webpack
• Proficiency with preprocessors such as Sass, Less, Stylus, and Pug
• Advanced knowledge of Git version control systems
