Talent Acquisition Specialist

Procare HR provides industry-focused HR services for care providers, including payroll, benefits administration, workers compensation management, and general HR support. The Talent Acquisition Specialist (Procare CONNECT team) supports high-volume talent acquisition in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. The role focuses on delivering efficient, agile recruiting support while addressing concerns and improving processes.

• Perform talent acquisition responsibilities in a fast-paced setting for the Procare CONNECT team.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide strong customer service throughout the recruiting process.
• Maintain high attention to detail and organization across recruiting activities and documentation.
• Address concerns promptly and support issue resolution during the hiring process.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and participate in action plans to overcome obstacles.
• Use tools such as Microsoft Office, HRIS/ATS, CRM platforms, and online meeting platforms to execute recruiting work.

• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting or HR.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Experience with HRIS and ATS platforms.

• Experience with CRM platforms and online meeting tools.

• Experience in Senior Living.
