TPAPT is seeking dedicated and knowledgeable **Nursing School Admissions Coaches** to help aspiring nursing students navigate the admissions process for competitive nursing programs. You will work one\-on\-one with students to provide personalized guidance and support in crafting their applications and preparing for interviews. **What you'll do:** * Guide students through the nursing school application process, including advising on essay writing, resume building, and interview preparation * Assist students in creating a strong narrative that highlights their passion for nursing and relevant experiences * Provide insight into the specific requirements and expectations of various nursing programs * Conduct practice interviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance students' communication skills * Collaborate with a network of professionals dedicated to educating prospective nursing students **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Education, or a related field * 3\-12 hours of weekly availability * 3\+ years of experience in nursing education or admissions counseling * Strong understanding of the nursing school admissions process and criteria * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to motivate and inspire students through the application journey * Experience with technology and online collaboration tools **Benefits** * PT, remote * $40/hr\-$45/hr commensurate
