Senior Product Manager

TrueGroup is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to shape product direction and strategy for their gaming products. You will develop innovative solutions, lead product launches, and drive continuous improvements through data-driven insights while coordinating cross-functional teams.

• Develop and own product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives
• Create and maintain comprehensive product roadmap with clear prioritization, milestones, and delivery timelines
• Lead end-to-end brand and product launches from concept to go-live
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including development, design, marketing, retention, and customer support
• Monitor and ensure high product quality across all user touchpoints
• Conduct market and competitor research, analyze player behavior and collect customer feedback
• Design, configure, and manage bonus mechanics and loyalty programs
• Track and analyze product performance metrics and drive continuous improvements
• Monitor competitor products and identify market opportunities
• Use CMS platforms for content management and product configuration
• Manage full product lifecycle from ideation through launch and ongoing support

• At least 3 years of experience in product roles at gambling companies
• English at intermediate level and above
• Experience with online casino platforms
• Deep understanding of casino products, product metrics, bonus systems, and loyalty programs
• Experience in creating tournaments and promotional campaigns
• Understanding of market regulation and license peculiarities (preferred)
