Summary
JustMarkets Tech is seeking a highly motivated Junior NOC Engineer to join their team full-time and ensure the reliability and stability of the company's infrastructure. The role leverages technical insights and a data-driven approach to support disruptive fin-tech innovations.
What you'll do
- Monitor infrastructure using several monitoring tools
- Communicate clearly and escalate problems appropriately
- Perform preliminary investigation of alerts
- Conduct basic triage of requests and problems
- Interact and collaborate with DevOps and Engineering teams
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with system monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Graylog, Opsgenie)
- 1+ years of relevant System/IT Administration experience
- Good understanding of Windows Server 2022, 2019 administration principles
- Experience and knowledge of networks
- Troubleshooting skills
- English Pre-Intermediate level
- Plus: Basic knowledge of PowerShell, Ansible, MetaTrader experience, trading domain experience
