System Administrator

Sharaf Media is seeking a hands-on IT Support Engineer to manage day-to-day IT operations in a small office environment. The role focuses on user support, endpoint management, and optimization of existing infrastructure including Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and Kandji. You will serve as the primary point of contact for IT requests supporting both macOS and Windows endpoints for on-site and remote users.

• Administer and support Microsoft Entra ID including user lifecycle management, groups, roles, and RBAC
• Configure and maintain Conditional Access and Multi-Factor Authentication policies
• Configure, deploy, and manage MDM solutions for macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android devices
• Maintain compliance, security baselines, and device health across all endpoints
• Act as primary point of contact for IT support requests, troubleshooting hardware, OS, application, and access problems
• Support users both on-site and remotely, ensuring minimal downtime
• Administer and maintain Jira including user management, permissions, projects, and workflows
• Escalate complex issues to administrators, vendors, or external partners when required

• 3+ years of experience in IT support, IT administration, or similar role
• Strong hands-on experience with endpoint support for both Windows and macOS
• Practical experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Experience with MDM platforms such as Intune, Kandji, Jamf, or equivalent
• Solid troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Clear communication skills and user-oriented mindset
• Nice to have: familiarity with next-generation firewalls (NGFW) and core networking concepts
• Preferred: Jira Administration experience
