Senior Java Back-End Developer

Fundomate Technologies Inc. is an innovative fintech company operating in the alternative lending space. We are seeking a Senior Java Back-End Developer to join our team and solve complex business problems with modern technology solutions.

• Develop and maintain web applications using Java and modern frameworks
• Design and implement microservices architecture solutions
• Work with message-based communication systems like Kafka
• Integrate third-party systems using XML and JSON APIs
• Participate in pair programming and code reviews
• Contribute to continuous improvement of product and development processes
• Implement API security standards and protocols including OAuth

• 6+ years of experience developing web applications
• 3+ years of experience with IoC & DI frameworks (Spring, Quarkus, Micronaut, etc.)
• TDD experience in production environments
• Proficiency with microservices and Kubernetes
• Experience with Git, Gradle, Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools
• Knowledge of API Security standards including OAuth (KeyCloak is a plus)
• Working experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL or similar RDBMS
• Understanding of asynchronous messaging systems like Kafka
• Strong Agile/Scrum/Kanban development experience
• Experience with third-party system integration
• Knowledge of cloud providers (AWS preferred)
• Pair programming experience
• Valid LinkedIn profile with actual working experience required
