Full-Stack Java Developer

Code&Care is a full-stack development company providing high-quality development solutions worldwide. This position is for a Full-Stack Java Developer (Java/JEE + Angular) working on a GovTech project for a USA client.

• Develop and optimize enterprise ERP modules including finance, HR, project/contract management, and procurement
• Design and implement scalable architecture for multi-tenant SaaS solutions
• Integrate external APIs and services such as payment systems, document tools, and compliance systems
• Implement and support CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments
• Perform code reviews, refactoring, and participate in technical decision-making
• Ensure security, performance, and reliability of the system
• Collaborate closely with the engineering team and client's technical lead

• 3+ years of experience with Java and strong understanding of JEE (Jakarta EE) or similar enterprise frameworks
• Experience building REST APIs and working with SQL databases (Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL)
• Solid knowledge of JPA/Hibernate, dependency injection, messaging, and enterprise-level application architecture
• 2+ years of experience with Angular (Angular + PrimeNG)
• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms (EC2, RDS, CI/CD, deployments)
• Understanding of microservices and containerization (Docker)
• Ability to work with large enterprise systems, refactor legacy code, and design scalable solutions
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently in a distributed team
• English Upper-Intermediate level or higher
