UAC Media Buyer Google Ads iGaming

This is a UAC Media Buyer position in the iGaming industry focused on traffic acquisition through Google Ads. The role involves scaling profitable iGaming setups within a supportive affiliate infrastructure with dedicated resources and mentorship from experienced buyers.

• Acquire and scale traffic through Google Ads (UAC) campaigns for iGaming offers
• Generate creative ideas and hypotheses for campaign optimization
• Create briefs for designers or produce creatives independently
• Utilize AI tools for image/video generation, lip-sync, and deepfake technologies
• Manage trackers, auto-upload tools, and campaign parameters
• Analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
• Make fast, data-driven decisions for campaign scaling
• Test new approaches, setups, and creatives continuously
• Collaborate with the dedicated service team for account and offer management

• Proven profitable results in iGaming (current requirement)
• Deep understanding of Google Ads interfaces and UAC campaign scaling
• Creative production skills and AI tool proficiency (image/video generation, deepfake)
• Technical knowledge of trackers, auto-upload tools, and parameters
• Understanding of payment models and attribution in affiliate/iGaming
• Strong analytics and data analysis capabilities
• Ability to identify cause-and-effect relationships in campaign data
• Responsibility and consistent online presence during working hours
• Proactive approach to testing and optimization
• Genuine interest in iGaming and affiliate marketing

Compensation Structure:

• First 6 months: 50% of net profit with no caps or conditions
• From month 7 onward: 30% base, 40% at $20-30k net profit, 50% at $30k+ net profit
• No fixed salary; competitive profit share model
• Opportunity to grow into iGaming Team Lead role with additional 10% of team profits
