Junior-Middle Talent Acquisition / Recruiter

OptiPlay is seeking a Junior-Middle Talent Acquisition Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple technical and non-technical roles including Art, Frontend, Backend, QA, Game Design, Product, and Operations.

The role focuses on building sourcing pipelines, screening candidates, managing feedback loops, and maintaining structured reporting on hiring progress in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Run full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles (Art, Frontend, Backend, QA, Game Design, Product, Ops)
• Build and maintain strong sourcing pipelines using LinkedIn, X-Ray, Telegram channels, and job boards
• Screen candidates, conduct HR interviews, manage feedback loops, and move candidates through the hiring funnel
• Maintain structured reporting on hiring progress and pipelines
• Collaborate with marketing on job ads and employer branding
• Support external branding through content, job boards, and community presence
• Support onboarding from the recruitment side including pre-boarding steps and access request coordination

• 2 years of recruitment experience (IT, iGaming, or startups preferred)
• Market intelligence: Choosing best hiring resources and tracking statistics
• Hands-on mindset with ability to independently manage and clean up pipelines
• Data-driven approach with understanding of recruitment funnels and conversion rates
• Strong communication skills for technical professionals and stakeholders
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency
• Comfort working in fast-paced, chaotic startup environments
• Nice to have: iGaming or high-load product company experience, HR basics knowledge, ATS/HRIS tools experience
