Windows Desktop Engineer

CoreWillSoft GmbH is seeking a Windows Desktop Engineer to develop innovative physical security and access control solutions for critical facilities and infrastructure. You'll join an international Agile team in Bonn, Germany, owning the full product lifecycle from discovery to operation, building Windows-based software used by thousands of businesses daily.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Windows-based desktop applications using .NET
• Maintain and develop DLLs written in C++
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for development and QA processes
• Act as liaison between customers and development team, collecting and synthesizing feedback into actionable tasks
• Ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing, and support
• Identify potential risks and issues within projects and propose mitigation strategies

• Proven experience in Windows .NET Desktop application development
• Familiarity with System.Reactive and its extensions for reactive programming
• Experience with System.Security.Cryptography for cryptographic operations
• Basic knowledge of C++ and DLL development
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Advanced Business English language knowledge
• Good analytical skills oriented on continuous process improvement
• Responsibility for customer/partner relation growth
• Nice to have: IoT products experience in building automation and physical access control, Master's degree in Computer Science or related field, understanding of general security concepts, German language skills
