Senior Affiliate Manager (iGaming/Tier-1 Markets)

Gravira Group is a fast-growing international iGaming company seeking a Senior Affiliate Manager to scale high-quality traffic from Tier-1 markets (Canada and Germany). This role is ideal for results-driven professionals who can build strong, revenue-driving partnerships with affiliates and take ownership of affiliate operations.

• Search, onboard, and manage affiliates and webmasters with high-quality traffic (FB/SEO/ASO/PPC) including cold outreach
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners and ensure performance growth
• Analyze traffic sources, performance metrics, and ROI (ROMI 100%+ is the goal)
• Negotiate deals, optimize campaigns, and ensure top-performing partnerships
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to launch new offers and improve conversions
• Monitor daily statistics, payments, and fraud indicators
• Expand and diversify traffic channels across CA, DE, AT (Europe Tier-1)

• 2+ years of experience as an Affiliate/Partner Manager in iGaming
• Proven expertise working with CA, DE, and AT markets
• Strong understanding of affiliate management, traffic arbitrage, and performance marketing principles
• Hands-on experience with analytics systems and affiliate software (Postback, Voluum, Binom, Keitaro, etc.)
• Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Financial literacy and goal-oriented approach
• English Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
• Plus: Own affiliate/webmaster database (Tier-1), cold outreach experience, existing SEO/ASO/PPC partnerships, startup or dynamic iGaming environment experience
