Human Resources Generalist - Fully Remote

Balance Health (Weil Foot & Ankle Institute) is a comprehensive lower-extremity focused physician practice group. The Human Resources Generalist will support the HR team and provide high-service HR support to practices in the Mountain West and Central US regions, handling inquiries, HRIS data, onboarding, and benefits coordination.

• Respond to HR, policy, and benefits inquiries from employees and managers
• Manage employee files and personnel data within Paylocity (HRIS)
• Support onboarding for new hires and acquisitions
• Assist the HR Director with employee relations matters and investigations
• Support HR reporting and analytics needs
• Manage/assist with HRIS EDI feeds
• Coordinate benefits administration activities
• Travel occasionally to practice sites as needed

• 1-3 years of experience working in Human Resources
• Ability to work during CST or MT business hours
• Knowledge of federal labor laws (preferred)
• Experience with employee relations
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively
• High emotional intelligence; strong confidentiality and judgment
• Strong oral and written communication skills; able to communicate with all levels
• Collaborative team player; able to work independently
• Decision-making and problem-solving under pressure
• Strong consultative and coaching skills
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen
• Microsoft Office intermediate knowledge (required)
• HRIS experience (required); Paylocity experience (preferred)
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification (preferred)

• Work arrangement: Fully remote with occasional travel to practice sites
