Recruiter

Konexta is a recruitment agency seeking a proactive IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for international tech clients. This fully remote role requires strong sourcing expertise, ownership mindset, and ability to close complex technical positions.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct sourcing
• Conduct structured screening interviews and competency-based evaluations
• Coordinate technical interviews and ensure timely feedback loops
• Manage offer negotiations and support candidates through the onboarding stage
• Maintain accurate reporting and recruitment analytics

• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
