Growth Product Manager

PIN-UP Global is an international company specializing in advanced technologies, B2B solutions, and innovative products with presence in Cyprus, Poland, Armenia, Peru, and Malta. We are seeking a Growth Product Manager to drive sustainable product development in payment technologies and media buying solutions. The role focuses on building operational processes and features for payment systems used in media buying.

• Describe and define new features in Initiatives and Epics, escalating them through Business Analysts to the Development Team
• Construct and commission operational processes in collaboration with the Operational Team
• Manage crypto withdrawals and crypto-to-fiat exchange functionality
• Oversee card products expertise and media buying-oriented payment card usage
• Handle cards acceptance issues and troubleshooting
• Build media buying processes and address main pain points of media buying teams including campaign organization, financial flow, and accounting
• Develop functionality for management and accounting of agent accounts (FB, Google, Instagram, etc)
• Ensure sustainable product development from technical and operational perspectives

• 3+ years of working experience in media buying and payment technologies
• Strong knowledge of the payment industry including cards, crypto, and banking payments
• Proven experience in media buying including work with agent accounts (Facebook, Google, Instagram, etc)
• System growth experience with participation in development processes and building operational processes for payment systems
• Understanding of media buying processes and team pain points

Location: Multiple offices in Warsaw, Limassol, and Yerevan with flexible work arrangements
