Summary
TrueGroup is seeking a VIP Analyst to drive data-informed strategy across Casino and Sportsbook verticals. This role focuses on VIP performance analytics, bonus optimization, behavioral segmentation, and high-value player retention. You will maximize VIP lifetime value and detect early churn signals while supporting strategic decision-making across multiple brands and geographies.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain unified VIP analytics framework across Casino and Sportsbook products with behavioral segmentation models
- Measure ROI of VIP bonuses, free bets, cashback, and personalized offers; lead A/B testing of VIP promotions
- Evaluate VIP manager impact on retention, GGR, and NGR; build KPI frameworks and optimize assignment logic
- Detect abnormal patterns, early churn signals, and suspicious VIP behavior; build automated alerts for high-risk accounts
- Own daily, weekly, and monthly VIP performance reporting with individual dashboards and automated processes
- Lead experiments on payments, withdrawals, VIP flows, and loyalty programs; translate findings into business recommendations
Requirements
- 2+ years of iGaming (Casino/Sportsbook) analytics experience
- Strong SQL skills with large transactional betting datasets
- Solid understanding of GGR, NGR, Hold %, LTV, churn rate, and bonus mechanics
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker)
- A/B testing and experiment evaluation experience
- Strong business mindset and ability to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Nice to have: Churn prediction or behavioral modeling, sharp betting detection knowledge, Python (Pandas, statistical analysis), Tier 1 market regulatory familiarity
