Sr. HR Business Partner

The Sr. HR Business Partner will support revenue-generating teams by leading key People initiatives, advising leaders, and fostering a high-performing culture rooted in transparency, collaboration, and empathy.
What you'll do
- Serve as the primary HRBP escalation point for complex employee relations (ER), leaves/accommodations, and manager coaching for US client groups.
- Act as the point of contact for US employees, maintaining knowledge of benefits, programs, and policies.
- Provide subject-matter expertise on US labor laws and best practices; advise leadership and teams as needed.
- Partner with managers across assigned departments to provide HR guidance and deploy HR interventions based on associate needs.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including employee grievances, under the guidance of the Head of People & Culture.
- Oversee and manage US leaves of absence and ensure compliance in a multi-state environment.
- Communicate organizational updates and changes to policies and programs with department heads.
- Own/partner on US payroll and PEO vendor governance and maintain compliance tooling.
- Support process owners to drive required actions and ensure participation/compliance among assigned associates.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders such as Talent Acquisition and Finance.
- Provide timely, accurate data and insights for management reporting.
- Contribute to culture initiatives, staff wellness, and development programs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of HR experience, including prior HR Business Partner experience supporting go-to-market/sales teams (ideally in high-growth, fast-paced, global environments).
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to partner with People team stakeholders on talent and culture development.
- Proven ability to take initiative, execute, and prioritize effectively.
- High attention to detail.
- Comfort presenting People-related initiatives to the organization.
- Ability to negotiate and influence; capable of pushing back with data-driven, logical rationale.
- Demonstrated credibility, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Experience managing complex employee relations with tact, diplomacy, and discretion.
- Strong communication skills, passion for learning, self-motivation, and self-awareness.
