Product Designer

Cint is hiring an experienced Product Designer to help shape customer experiences across its suite of SaaS products. The role partners closely with product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality, timely design solutions that balance customer needs, business goals, and market context.

• Champion exceptional user experience solutions across Cint products, grounded in customer, business, and market needs
• Conduct user interviews and user testing to uncover unmet needs and generate product insights
• Collaborate with Product Design teammates, stakeholders, and partners to ideate strategic design solutions
• Create design artifacts such as user requirements, personas, storyboards, workflows, wireframes, high-fidelity comps, and prototypes
• Translate complex systems into simple UI concepts using storytelling and rapid prototyping
• Run customer validation tests for proposed design solutions
• Document design thinking, research findings, and proposals; communicate effectively to product teams and leadership
• Apply and contribute to the shared design system to ensure consistency and efficiency
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary partners (design, research, writing, strategy, product, engineering)
• Partner with engineering teams to bring user-centered solutions to market

• 3+ years of experience in product design or UX design, preferably on complex technical B2B SaaS products
• Strong visual design skills and ability to solve complex user problems with intuitive interfaces
• In-depth knowledge of UX design processes and methodologies across desktop, mobile, and native apps
• Working knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design best practices
• Expertise with modern design and collaboration tools, especially Figma (variables and auto-layout are a plus)
• Experience working with and contributing to design systems or component libraries
• Experience collaborating with developers, product managers, and other designers
• Ability to present work confidently, accept feedback, and thrive in multidisciplinary teams
