Lead Generation Manager

Viso is an outsourcing company with 50+ team members seeking a Lead Generation Manager to identify and connect with potential clients on Upwork and unlock new business opportunities.

• Search for and communicate with potential clients on Upwork
• Understand Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and customize offers for each client
• Explore various channels to find and qualify leads
• Conduct effective text communication with clients before first call
• Manage text-based communication until lead handover to BD team
• Respond promptly to client messages and show initiative
• Keep CRM updates tidy and up to date with key communications and next steps
• Collaborate with sales team and stakeholders for quality lead generation
• Follow processes and rules to maintain work quality

Hard Skills:

• Proven lead generation experience (1 year+), preferably with Upwork
• Ability to qualify leads effectively
• Skills in writing personalized cover letters
• Understanding of IT development processes
• English proficiency at B1+ level for written communication

Compensation:

• Fixed monthly rate + performance-based bonuses
