UI/UX Designer (Client-Facing)

DesignKey is seeking a Middle+ UI/UX Designer to join their design-driven development team. In this client-facing role, you will conduct live design sessions, present concepts to English-speaking clients, and collaborate with PM and development teams to deliver exceptional web and mobile products.

• Conduct live design sessions and product discovery meetings with English-speaking clients to understand goals and requirements
• Present design concepts and demos to clients, explaining design rationale and guiding decision-making
• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity web and mobile designs in Figma
• Improve and iterate on existing web and mobile platform designs
• Collaborate closely with the PM and development team to ensure smooth implementation of designs
• Verify that implemented designs match intended concepts and quality standards

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and native mobile applications
• Strong experience with Figma (prototyping, wireframing, and high-fidelity designs)
• Knowledge of Axure or other prototyping tools (plus)
• Experience with website builders such as Wix (plus)
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills; confident in running live design sessions
• Ability to translate client requirements and feedback into actionable design solutions
• Creative problem-solving and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices

Schedule & Availability: Must be available to occasionally join client calls or live design sessions during 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (16:00 - 00:00 Kyiv Time)
