We are seeking a Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager to support salary matrices, job grading, and bonus program administration while ensuring fairness and market competitiveness.

• Support in maintaining salary matrices, job grading, and bonus program administration to ensure fairness and market competitiveness
• Assist in developing salary ranges, job grading, benefits packages, and process automation
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to align C&B programs with company goals and employee needs
• Perform job evaluations and clarify responsibilities and roles within the company structure
• Research market salaries using open sources
• Administer and update grading files

• 2+ years of experience in C&B focused on job evaluation and salary ranges development
• Deep knowledge of any grading methodology (Mercer, EY, Hay)
• Experience of participation in salary surveys
• Strong skills in Excel/Google Spreadsheets: formulas, pivots
• Attentive to details in reports and formulas in files
• Flexibility and ability to adapt own experience to current business needs
• Orientation on high quality of tasks performance
