Compliance Lead

Performa HR agency is seeking an experienced Lawyer specializing in iGaming to join an international legal firm. This role focuses on providing comprehensive legal support to clients in the highly regulated iGaming sector, including licensing, corporate governance, and contract management.

• Independently manage legal tasks from start to finish without constant operational oversight
• Provide legal support for iGaming clients including company registration, corporate support, and license acquisition in various jurisdictions
• Analyze, prepare, and review contracts typical for the sector (marketing, software development, license agreements)
• Conduct direct client communication: explain legal positions, risks, and solutions clearly
• Participate in calls and correspondence with international clients in English
• Conduct independent research and analysis of legislation and regulatory requirements
• Work with internal documents, databases, and task management systems
• Assist with bank account registration

• Minimum 1 year of experience in iGaming legal consulting or in-house legal
• Minimum 3 years of general legal experience
• Law degree
• Client-facing experience and understanding of professional communication standards
• Strong working knowledge of English (written and spoken)
• Clear oral and written communication skills
• Ability to explain complex legal issues in simple terms
• Professionalism and client-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for results
• Punctuality, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets)
• Preferred: Experience with iGaming licenses (Curacao, MGA, Anjouan, Isle of Man); Experience with regulators, banks, payment providers; Understanding of AML/KYC and compliance processes
