SMM Specialist

JustMarkets Tech is seeking an experienced SMM Specialist to drive engagement and expand brand presence across multiple social media platforms. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring deep platform knowledge and content creation excellence. You'll work in a dynamic environment where creativity and expertise directly impact business growth.

• Implement content strategy and campaign development across multiple GEOs on social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, Twitter)
• Monitor content to ensure authentic alignment with brand values and positioning
• Scale innovative ideas from conception to campaign execution while maintaining cohesive brand perspective
• Cultivate advocacy and engagement through organic channels with top-tier community management
• Lead competitive tracking of social activity and identify new content opportunities
• Monitor industry for best practices in driving engagement
• Establish benchmarks and best practices to guide marketing efforts across channels

• 3+ years of social media management experience at B2C brands
• Thorough understanding of media metrics and KPI tracking with data-driven strategy development
• Experience with social media tools (Sprout Social, RivallQ, Tribe, Telemetr.io, Hootsuite, etc.)
• Experience with FinTech, Crypto, or Gambling industries
• Required: Working experience with African or Asian markets
• Proficiency in social video and photo content capture with self-editing capabilities
• Demonstrated experience with video editing platforms (CapCut, In-Shot)
• Trend savvy with deep understanding of social media trends and slang in target GEOs
