Operations Manager

Haute Group (Haute Living) is hiring an Operations Manager to support and streamline operations across its luxury verticals: Haute Real Estate, Haute Jets (Private Aviation), and Haute Wealth (Insurance & Wealth Planning). The role focuses on building scalable operational systems and improving execution across sales, marketing, and client experience for high-growth brands serving UHNW and HNW clients globally.

• Build and optimize operational systems across sales, marketing, and client experience
• Manage internal workflows, CRM processes, and team coordination
• Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and operational execution
• Support leadership with strategic initiatives and expansion planning
• Implement AI-driven efficiencies and automation where applicable

• Operations experience in luxury real estate, private aviation, insurance/wealth, or high-end concierge services
• Highly detail-oriented with strong execution skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Experience with CRM platforms (Pipedrive is a plus)
• Miami-based preferred
