Senior FS Engineer (50-50)

Commit Offshore is building autonomous AI agents for developers. This Senior Full-Stack Engineer role involves designing and developing software that enhances coding workflows and automates tasks through AI-powered development tools.

• Design and develop scalable backend services and cloud-based solutions
• Build interactive UI components and IDE plugins
• Architect software solutions balancing backend and frontend development
• Solve challenges including parsing large codebases and integrating AI assistants
• Optimize performance across full-stack applications
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing workflows

• 8+ years of full-stack engineering experience
• Strong backend and frontend development skills
• Tech lead experience with at least 1 year of team leadership
• Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend architectures
• Deep experience with Node.js and backend architectures
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL and Redis
• AWS experience
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Pulumi
• Experience building interactive UI components and IDE plugins
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
• Experience with AI-powered development tools
• B2+ English proficiency
