Technical Writer

Ajax Systems is an international tech company and the largest manufacturer of security systems in Europe with over 4 million end users across 180+ countries. As a Technical Writer, you will create clear and comprehensive documentation including technical specifications and user-friendly guides for security and automation devices. Your work will be key to helping partners and users quickly deploy Ajax systems and confidently use all features.

• Write technical specifications aligned with R&D teams
• Create web instructions that make complex features easy to understand for end users
• Prepare supplementary materials and recommendations for convenient product use
• Collaborate daily with R&D, Product, Marketing, Product Managers, and Web Developers
• Prepare certification documentation to meet international standards for new markets
• Support marketing projects from a technical perspective
• Translate complex technical language into clear, user-friendly content

• Experience working with technical texts
• Proficiency in Ukrainian and English (B2-C1 level)
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts simply and elegantly
• Strong attention to detail and precision
• Comfort working in dynamic environments with frequent changes
