Product Designer

TV Labs is a device infrastructure company providing remotely accessible real consumer devices and automation for testing, monitoring, and optimizing streaming and connected-TV applications. The Product Designer will design and refine user-centered product experiences, translating user needs into functional designs aligned with the company’s vision.

• Design and refine user-centered products and end-to-end experiences
• Conduct user research and apply insights to design decisions
• Apply design thinking methodologies to solve complex design challenges
• Create visually compelling product designs and prototypes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with product goals
• Communicate and present design concepts, rationale, and outcomes

• Strong skills in visual design and product design
• Experience using design thinking to solve complex problems
• Proficiency in user research and UX research methods
• Proficient with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; background in design or related disciplines preferred
• Prior experience in digital product design (plus)
