PPC Specialist

TrueGroup is seeking an experienced PPC Specialist with strong expertise in iGaming, Gambling, and Betting verticals. This role focuses on launching, optimizing, and scaling ad campaigns across multiple platforms while ensuring KPI compliance and traffic quality. You will drive results through strategic campaign management and data-driven optimization.

• Launch and optimize ad campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Bing, Meta, TikTok, UAC, Push, Native, and more)
• Conduct A/B testing of creatives, landing pages, and audiences
• Work with trackers and analytical tools for performance monitoring
• Monitor and meet KPIs related to ROI, FTD, and traffic quality
• Plan and allocate budgets across different GEOs
• Research and test new traffic sources and marketing hypotheses
• Collaborate with SEO specialists, designers, and content teams to create high-converting creatives and landing pages
• Work with semantic core for brand and non-brand campaigns
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights for optimization

• 3+ years of PPC experience, with at least 1.5 years in iGaming/Gambling/Betting
• Minimum 1 year hands-on experience with offshore casino brands
• Proficiency with advertising platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, PropellerAds, etc.
• In-depth understanding of black hat techniques, cloaking, and moderation bypass strategies
• Strong analytical skills: ability to work with ROI, CPA, LTV, CTR, CR, and Funnels
• English proficiency Intermediate+ (ability to manage ad accounts and communicate with support teams)
• Experience working with large advertising budgets and making independent optimization decisions
• Nice to Have: Experience building custom funnels and flows, knowledge of anti-detect browsers and advanced tracker setups
