Summary
Zillow is seeking a Program Manager for Media Products and Experiences within Listing Media to help deliver high-quality photography and media experiences for real estate partners and consumers. The role designs and executes initiatives, aligns operations to business objectives, and defines customer-focused KPIs while partnering cross-functionally across Zillow and products like Aryeo, Zillow Showcase, and Zillow 3D Home.
What you'll do
- Serve as a product expert to guide cross-functional teams and ensure they are properly tooled to support partners and the business.
- Lead cross-functional change management and go-to-market efforts for product launches and updates.
- Work with support, customer success, and sales teams to implement solutions meeting customer needs and partner requirements.
- Collaborate with Zillow Media Experts and product teams to align product, partner, and business goals and identify improvements.
- Monitor and report program progress, milestones, deadlines, and customer-focused KPIs.
- Develop business cases for new opportunities, including strategic pilots and proof-of-concepts informed by industry trends.
- Own customer satisfaction and growth metrics; create and manage improvement plans to drive adoption and retention.
- Develop and lead large-scale strategic programs by defining workstreams, managing day-to-day execution, running regular read-outs, and crafting communications for partners and senior leaders.
Requirements
- 2+ years of program or project management experience (preferably in a tech or fast-paced environment).
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and change efforts with some product exposure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organization and detail orientation; ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
- Analytical problem-solving skills; comfort working with data, metrics, and customer feedback.
- Ability to tailor communication to different audiences and act as a trusted partner/connector.

- Compensation includes base salary plus eligibility for equity awards (varies by experience, performance, and location).
