Phat Panda (Grow Op Farms) is a cannabis company founded in 2014 with operations across California, Washington, and Massachusetts. They are hiring a full-time Cannabis Cultivator in Worcester to help nurture plants from seed to harvest and support cultivation operations.
What you'll do
- Care for cannabis plants through all stages of growth
- Water, prune, feed, and apply treatments as needed
- Train and manipulate plants for optimal growth
- Set up and sanitize grow rooms
- Support R&D projects and other cultivation activities
Requirements
- Must be 21+
High school diploma or equivalent
Physically fit; able to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable standing, walking, and using hands for long periods
Able to follow instructions, stay focused, and work as part of a team
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, labeling software)
Willingness to work in hot, humid, or noisy environments with exposure to dust, chemicals, and strong lighting
Bonus: attention to detail, passion for plants/horticulture, dependable/adaptable, problem-solving, time management
Conditions
Full-time, on-site in Worcester
Schedule: 7am–4pm; requires one weekend day per week
Pay: $22–$25/hour DOE (noted minimum 12+ months cultivation experience and job history)
