UI/UX Designer with Leadership Skills

Qoders Family is seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer with 4+ years of hands-on design experience and strong English communication skills. The role focuses on designing user-friendly interfaces for web projects while working directly with international clients and managing client expectations.

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective user experiences
• Design user-friendly, visually appealing interfaces for websites (Shopify, Webflow, WordPress)
• Conduct research, wireframing, prototyping, and final UI delivery
• Present and explain design concepts to clients in a clear and engaging manner
• Ensure a consistent design approach across various platforms and devices
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design accuracy during implementation

• 4+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design
• Strong portfolio showcasing website design projects (especially client-facing ones)
• Fluent English (B2+), with the ability to communicate directly with clients
• Proficiency with tools like Figma
• Experience designing for Shopify, Webflow, and WordPress platforms
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design
• Nice to have: Experience with e-commerce or SaaS platforms, Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, Motion/interaction design skills, Experience with After Effects
