Summary
Calvin Klein (PVH) is hiring a Junior Art Director (Coordinator, Global Brand Creative) to execute on-brand, multi-channel creative for global audiences. The role supports digital-first fashion and lifestyle content across social, eCommerce, email, paid media, product marketing, in-store, and out-of-home touchpoints.
What you'll do
- Execute creative vision and design aesthetic across channels under Global Creative leadership guidance.
- Create concept presentations, in-store materials, advertising layouts, graphic treatments, global guidelines, social concepts, and other creative collateral.
- Develop on-brand editorial concepts for digital executions, collaborating with copywriters and video editors as needed.
- Build digital-first, mobile-first campaign content libraries for always-on content aligned to seasonal themes.
- Partner with the Social Media team to create platform-ready assets and content.
- Participate in brainstorms with strong fashion, design, and pop-culture awareness; support art directors and the broader creative team.
- Manage multiple timelines and proactively advance projects.
- Act as a design liaison across cross-functional teams when needed.
- Maintain brand continuity and consistency across projects and platforms.
- Stay current on design trends, creative innovation, consumer experiences, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience; design agency or studio experience preferred; in-house and fashion experience a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Core tools: Mastery of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Keynote.
- Nice to have: Experience with Figma and Adobe Premiere; proficiency in video/motion graphics tools, storyboarding, and content creation.
- Capabilities: Strong digital-trend and mobile-first content understanding; strong composition and typography; strong communication and presentation skills.
- Work style: Self-motivated, collaborative, able to prioritize autonomously, and able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
