Operations Team Lead

Wisdom is a remote-first company that blends industry expertise and technology to improve dental practice operations, with a focus on dental billing. The Operations Team Lead will guide dental billing operations, coach a high-performing team, and ensure strong client outcomes across a portfolio of 35–40 clients.

• Lead, mentor, and hold teams accountable to performance goals with a strong focus on KPIs, quality, and client retention.
• Own the client experience through clear communication, leading quality business reviews, and resolving issues quickly and thoughtfully.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and help the operation scale effectively.

• Ability to lead and coach a team and drive accountability to performance goals.
• Experience managing KPIs, quality standards, and client retention outcomes.
• Strong client communication skills, including leading business reviews and handling issue resolution.
• Process improvement mindset with the ability to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Strategic thinking, decisive communication, and comfort using technology as a leader.
