Jobgether is recruiting on behalf of a partner company for a performance-driven Graphic Designer (eCommerce) role supporting direct-to-consumer brands in the United States. The position focuses on creating conversion-oriented creative across ads, email campaigns, and landing pages, using performance insights and rapid feedback to optimize results.
What you'll do
Design and build high-performing email campaigns and automated flows directly in Klaviyo with mobile-first layouts, strong visual hierarchy, and conversion-focused CTA placement.
Create static and short-form video ad creatives for social platforms, producing multiple format variations for testing and iteration.
Develop attention-grabbing ad visuals and thumbnails while staying consistent with brand identity guidelines.
Design conversion-oriented landing pages that guide users from value proposition to checkout.
Collaborate with marketing strategists on layout, messaging hierarchy, product imagery integration, and social proof placement to improve conversion rates.
Maintain organized design files, naming conventions, and version control for efficient collaboration and asset management.
Deliver high-quality creative assets under fast turnaround timelines and adapt quickly to feedback and changing campaign needs.
Requirements
3+ years of graphic design experience, ideally in eCommerce, direct-to-consumer brands, or performance marketing environments.
Strong portfolio demonstrating real-world work (email templates, advertising creatives, landing page designs).
Hands-on experience designing and building email campaigns directly inside Klaviyo.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video tools such as Premiere Pro or After Effects.
Working knowledge of design tools such as Figma or Canva.
Understanding of performance-focused design principles (visual hierarchy, hooks, effective CTA placement).
Ability to manage multiple brand styles simultaneously with consistency and attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with quick iteration cycles and collaborative feedback.
Availability for partial overlap with U.S. Eastern or Pacific time zones.
Bonus: experience with Shopify page builders (e.g., Replo, Shogun), Meta advertising specifications, creative testing frameworks, or AI-powered design tools.
