Summary
Lockheed Martin is hiring a Talent Acquisition Senior Recruiter to support its Aeronautics Talent Acquisition team. The role manages the full recruitment lifecycle to deliver top-tier talent for critical programs while providing a strong candidate and hiring-manager experience.
What you'll do
Partner with hiring leaders, HR Business Partners, and teams to develop and execute tailored recruiting strategies.
Proactively source and engage highly skilled candidates nationwide using tools, events, and professional networks.
Guide hiring teams through candidate evaluation, selection, and offer decision processes.
Prepare and negotiate competitive employment offers while communicating career paths, benefits, and company culture.
Ensure compliance with hiring policies and processes through the applicant tracking system.
Requirements
Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience related to Human Resources, preferably Talent Acquisition.
Full cycle recruiting experience (sourcing, prescreening, presenting candidates).
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems/tools (e.g., BrassRing, Taleo, iCims, SuccessFactors).
Strong skills in preparing and negotiating employment offers.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
Desired: Experience recruiting technical roles (e.g., engineers, cleared talent) in a corporate environment.
Desired: Experience recruiting candidates with government security clearances.
Desired: Experience using external sourcing boards and vendors; ability to attract passive candidates and sell opportunities.
Desired: Data analytics experience (advanced Excel, Tableau, workforce metrics).
Desired: Experience using labor market data to guide and influence stakeholders.
Desired: Skilled in strategic use of AI to enhance sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruiting efficiency.
Conditions
Full-time remote telework (works remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin site).
May travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
