Summary
Level99 Entertainment is a real-world gaming and hospitality venue featuring immersive challenge environments alongside a full-service bar and award-winning restaurant. The Interior Designer will create and deliver interior design concepts and detailed plans for guest-facing and support spaces to help bring Level99’s creative visions to life.
What you'll do
- Develop innovative and highly functional interior design concepts and studies to evaluate design alternatives aligned with the Level99 experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate interior design with artistic and technical elements.
- Create detailed design deliverables including floorplans, layouts, takeoffs, and selections of materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, lighting, and artwork, considering functionality, safety, and durability.
- Support production teams during fabrication and installation to ensure accurate execution of design intent.
- Partner with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to source and select materials and decor that match creative vision and budget.
- Present concepts, mood boards, and visualizations to stakeholders; incorporate feedback and refine designs.
- Think strategically to align interior design choices with brand voice and concept essence; define design and success criteria to systematize the process.
Requirements
- Strong experience and proficiency in Revit.
- Minimum 3 years of post-collegiate experience designing hospitality/retail/restaurant projects.
- Minimum 1 year experience overseeing restaurant (or similar foodservice) design, including knowledge of health code requirements and restaurant infrastructure (e.g., HVAC and exhaust systems, kitchen equipment).
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar 3D visualization software.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project priorities; proactive, detail-oriented team mindset.
- Portfolio required with application.
Conditions
- Flexible schedule based on business needs, which may include days, nights, and weekends.
- Travel for a new venue as needed.
