ML Game Engineer

CD PROJEKT RED is seeking an ML Game Engineer to join their Warsaw team to develop revolutionary, story-driven RPGs. You will bridge the gap between data scientists and game developers, integrating advanced ML systems into their game development stack and ensuring they stay ahead of industry trends.

• Design and implement advanced ML systems that integrate seamlessly into the game development stack
• Collaborate directly with game development teams to understand their needs and embed ML models into various game elements
• Ensure top-notch performance, effectiveness, and compatibility of solutions across the latest hardware and platforms
• Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in ML and game engines to continuously improve and innovate existing systems

• At least 2 years of experience applying machine learning in real-world scenarios, ideally in gaming or related fields
• Proficiency with game engines, preferably Unreal Engine, and experience refining game development pipelines
• Knowledge of hardware architectures, platform-specific considerations, and performance optimization techniques
• Passion for exploring, combining and implementing the latest advancements in ML and game development
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work closely with interdisciplinary teams
