Summary
Patagonia is hiring a Senior Recruiter (Product & Brand) to join the Talent Marketplace team and partner closely with the Product organization. The role serves as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, leading full-cycle recruiting to attract and hire exceptional talent that supports both business outcomes and company culture.
What you'll do
- Serve as the primary recruiting partner for Product and Brand teams, owning full-cycle recruiting and building trusted relationships with hiring leaders.
- Flex to support recruiting needs across the broader organization as business priorities evolve.
- Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders to define role requirements and create recruiting strategies.
- Develop proactive sourcing plans and build talent pipelines for near-term and long-term needs.
- Evaluate candidates using consistent, equitable, and values-aligned assessment approaches.
- Provide market insights, hiring recommendations, and process guidance to hiring managers.
- Ensure a positive, inclusive candidate experience through timely communication and meaningful feedback.
- Partner with Compensation and People & Culture Business Partners to develop offers and support negotiations.
- Support internal mobility by engaging and considering internal candidates.
- Use recruiting data to monitor pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and workflows.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of progressive experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruiting and building strong talent pipelines.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders in a consultative, advisory capacity.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern recruiting tools.
- Experience working in an Applicant Tracking System (Workday preferred).
- Strong understanding of interview techniques, candidate assessment, and equitable hiring practices.
Preferred: Experience recruiting for Product Management, Design, Product Development, and/or Brand/Marketing/Creative roles; background in consumer, outdoor, apparel, or purpose-driven organizations; experience in fast-paced, evolving cross-functional environments.
Conditions
- Location: Hybrid role with a standard schedule Tuesday–Thursday on-site and remote work on other days.
- Occasional additional office visits may be required for team events or critical meetings.
- Benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement, and leave of absence plans (may vary by employment nature).
- Hiring range stated as $125,000–$145,000 USD annually (broader stated range: $119,000–$178,000 USD annually).
