Middle Data Analyst

Softsich is a young, ambitious, fast-growing company creating innovative digital products expanding globally. We are seeking a Middle Data Analyst to help teams make data-driven decisions by preparing reports, automating analytical processes, and completing ad-hoc tasks.

• Prepare data using SQL for further visualization
• Develop DAGs in Airflow using Python
• Visualize data and build reports in Tableau
• Prepare regular reports and execute ad-hoc queries for the Retention Department
• Optimize existing data collection and processing processes

• At least 1.5-2 years of commercial experience as a Data/Business Analyst (preferred)
• Strong SQL skills with ability to write complex queries using CTEs, window functions, and joins
• Good knowledge of Python including experience with pandas and ability to write modular scripts
• Experience working with Tableau
• Strong sense of responsibility and proactivity
• Fast learner with high attention to detail

Schedule & Location: Flexible schedule with remote format or offices in Warsaw/Kyiv - you choose.
