Morgan Stanley's Banking Group is seeking Investment Banking Associates for the New York office to work on complex transactions including M&A, capital markets, and strategic advisory assignments. Candidates will join industry-focused teams delivering high-quality financial advice to corporations, institutions, and government clients globally.

What you'll do

Work on executed deals across M&A and various industry sectors; participate in acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, leveraged buyouts, and capital markets transactions; read and interpret financial statements; provide strategic advisory services; meet with coverage teams across industry sectors; deliver creative solutions on complex transactions

Requirements

3-5 years investment banking experience as Analyst and Associate or MBA with proven track record on executed deals; commercial instinct and ability to perform under pressure; proficiency reading financial statements; strong written and verbal communication skills; Bachelor's degree required; MBA, CA, or CFA designation preferred; Series 7 licensing required or must obtain

Conditions
