CRM Manager

VRS Entertainment is seeking a CRM Manager to handle lead communication, qualification, and management within their CRM system. The role focuses on quality lead processing and transferring qualified leads to sales managers.

• Work with the CRM system: handle initial lead communication, input information, and update lead statuses
• Quality leads and transfer qualified leads to sales managers
• Conduct initial client qualification based on established criteria
• Ensure timely responses and perform follow-ups
• Ensure timely processing of inquiries

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
• A second language is beneficial (Spanish/Russian/Chinese/Arabic)
• Ability to manage multiple lead inquiries simultaneously
• Solid knowledge of CRM systems
• Patience and an eye for detail
• Previous experience in customer support or a call center is a plus
• Ability to work in the Eastern Time (ET) zone, 6-8 hours per day

• Full-time employment with fully remote work format
