Senior Recruiter

Tremendous is a profitable, fully remote payouts platform used by 20,000+ companies to send bulk payouts globally. The Senior Recruiter will be the third recruiter and will own end-to-end hiring for GTM and business roles while partnering closely with leadership on talent strategy.

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM and business roles
• Source high-caliber candidates using market and talent landscape knowledge
• Conduct initial candidate screens and coordinate interview processes
• Partner with leaders to refine role requirements and calibrate ideal candidate profiles
• Make strategic recommendations on talent acquisition
• Manage funnel dynamics and sourcing volume to maintain healthy pipelines

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (preferably at growth-stage startups)
• Deep tech industry knowledge, especially in early-stage environments
• Ability to maintain quality while moving quickly in demanding environments
• Strong written communication skills for a high-documentation culture
• Proven judgment in identifying candidate success factors beyond paper qualifications
• Proficiency with recruiting tools (e.g., Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter)
• Comfort leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies
