• Coordinate all aspects of online course production including market research, curating course objectives, defining target audiences, and collaborating with instructors
• Manage production timelines and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within financial constraints
• Collaborate with instructional design, marketing, creative, and sales teams to align course content with educational goals
• Build strong relationships with instructors and guide them in preparing and rehearsing course material
• Review course content, marketing copy, and sales materials for accuracy, clarity, and learner value
