Summary
Tino LLC is seeking a Middle- to Senior-level UX/UI Designer to own end-to-end design for projects from discovery to delivery. The role combines creativity with usability, requiring deep project understanding and critical thinking to create visually strong and genuinely useful solutions using modern design processes and AI tools.
What you'll do
- Own UX/UI design for assigned projects from discovery to delivery, following and improving established design processes
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business goals, constraints, and user needs
- Conduct and synthesize user and market research including desk research, competitor analysis, and AI-assisted insights
- Create customer journey maps, user journeys, user flows, and sitemaps to structure products and define information architecture
- Design low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final UI screens in Figma
- Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides for consistency
- Ensure intuitive, accessible, and consistent user experiences across all touchpoints
- Use AI tools for research, UX writing support, and media generation to enhance the design process
- Prepare and deliver clear design presentations and confidently present design decisions to clients and teams
- Collaborate with developers to validate technical feasibility and provide detailed handoffs in Figma
- Support implementation by reviewing builds and maintaining product alignment with design
- Provide feedback and mentorship to other designers and contribute to improving design processes
Requirements
Experience & Hard Skills:
- 5+ years of proven UX/UI design experience working on web and/or mobile products (agency or product teams)
- Strong portfolio with end-to-end case studies demonstrating thinking and design process
- Expert Figma skills: components, auto-layout, variants, prototyping, and design systems
- Hands-on experience working with and maintaining design systems and UI kits
- Solid UX toolkit: user and market research, customer journey maps, user flows, sitemaps, information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping
- Strong visual design skills: typography, layout, color, composition, and hierarchy
- Experience designing responsive web interfaces and understanding of platform guidelines (iOS and Material Design)
- Understanding of core web accessibility principles and application in design
- Proficiency with AI tools for research, writing support, and media generation
- English at B2 level or higher for client meetings and presentations
