The People Partner role provides employee relations leadership and HR generalist support while driving culture and engagement initiatives across the organization. The purpose is to enable a positive, compliant, high-performing workplace through timely guidance to managers and employees.

What you'll do

  • Provide day-to-day HR guidance to managers and employees to ensure consistent application of HR policies.
  • Support implementation of HR programs and processes and proactively address issues independently.
  • Serve as primary contact for field employee relations matters, including sensitive or complex situations.
  • Conduct employee relations investigations and coach managers on performance management, conflict resolution, and corrective action.
  • Communicate trends, risks, and key HR insights to leadership and peers.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and reporting and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Drive employee engagement, recognition, and cultural initiatives in partnership with leadership and the People team.
  • Lead onboarding for HQ employees and partner with hiring managers to ensure effective new hire integration.
  • Oversee offboarding processes, including exit interviews and coordination of final employment steps.
  • Maintain a visible HR presence and act as an accessible resource for employee questions and support.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the employee lifecycle experience from entry through exit.
  • Proactively identify and help mitigate employee relations risks and escalate high-risk issues when needed.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of progressive HR experience with strong employee relations and performance management exposure.
  • Experience supporting field teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage sensitive matters with discretion, sound judgment, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to remain composed and effective in high-pressure situations.
  • Comfortable operating independently while maintaining strong communication and collaboration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • HR certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus.
  • Must have legal right to work in the United States.

Conditions

  • Pay transparency: $105K-$120K annually (converted to approximately $8,750-$10,000 per month).

  • Confidentiality per EEO guidelines.
