Short-Form Video Editor for DareBay (TikTok / Reels / Shorts/ Youtube)

Neptunes is seeking a creative video editor for DareBay, a platform focused on contests, challenges, and viral short-form content. You will edit TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts for social media growth and audience engagement, working on long-term remote basis with a focus on fast-paced editing and engaging hooks.

• Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Add captions, sound effects, music, zooms, cuts, and simple motion elements
• Improve pacing, retention, and hook quality to maximize viewer engagement
• Create multiple versions of the same video when needed
• Follow brand and style references and adapt quickly to feedback

• Experience editing short-form social media videos
• Strong understanding of pacing, memes, internet culture, and viral style
• Ability to deliver work on time with reliable communication
• Sufficient English level to understand tasks and feedback
• Nice to have: Experience with creators, startups, or viral content pages; basic thumbnail/design skills; experience with AI tools for editing, subtitles, or workflow improvement

Format: Remote, long-term cooperation, part-time/project-based with regular workload
