Senior Media buyer FB

Whitesharkads is an affiliate marketing agency specializing in creative, data-driven growth strategies for startups and global brands. As a Senior Media Buyer focused on Meta, you will own the complete media buying lifecycle from strategy through optimization and scaling to deliver measurable client results.

• Develop and execute media-buying strategies across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) to achieve client KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CAC)
• Perform campaign setup including audience segmentation, creative briefs, and tracking setup (UTMs, conversion pixels)
• Manage large daily budgets and allocate spend efficiently across Tier 1 GEOs and campaign types
• Monitor campaign metrics, identify patterns in CTRs, CPCs, and conversion rates, and optimize for maximum ROI
• Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, landing pages, audiences and funnel variations
• Collaborate with creative, analytics and account-management teams on landing pages, pre-landers, and ad creatives
• Produce performance reports and present insights & recommendations to stakeholders
• Stay ahead of platform updates and industry best-practices

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta campaigns for D2C or e-commerce brands
• Proven track record of driving scalable growth with strong ROAS/CPA outcomes
• Deep understanding of paid-media mechanics, attribution, bid strategies, funnel dynamics and analytics
• High proficiency with data: Excel/Sheets, Meta Ads Manager
• Bonus: experience with Looker, BigQuery, Supermetrics
• Strategic and tactical thinking ability
• English B2+ level

Compensation: Fixed salary $1,500-$2,500 USD monthly (based on experience) + performance bonuses
