Talent Coordinator (Remote)

Constructor.io is a remote-first company that powers product search and discovery for major retailers worldwide. The Talent Coordinator (Recruitment Coordinator / Sourcer) supports technical and GTM hiring by owning virtual onsite scheduling and keeping the recruitment process running smoothly. The role focuses on excellent candidate experience, clear communication, and efficient coordination across time zones.

• Manage complex virtual onsite interview scheduling end-to-end across multiple interviewers and time zones
• Communicate with candidates throughout scheduling, including confirmations, updates, and rescheduling
• Proactively flag risks, delays, and issues to recruiters
• Maintain interview stages, scheduling activity, and notes in the ATS
• Follow up on pending actions and surface blockers such as missing feedback or calendar conflicts
• Align with recruiters on priorities and upcoming interview volume to prevent bottlenecks
• Support broader recruitment coordination and, over time, contribute to sourcing and additional talent support

• Experience in recruitment coordination, scheduling, or sourcing (in-house or agency)
• Ability to manage calendars and stakeholders across multiple time zones
• Clear, professional written communication
• Comfort using ATS tools
• Comfort using Slack
• Strong organisation skills in a fast-moving environment
• Availability to work US East Coast hours to cover EMEA and West Coast core hours
