Manager, Sports Events

Summary

Red Bull is seeking a Manager of Sports Events to lead the development and execution of national sports properties and large-scale regional events. In this role, you will act as a project leader working with stakeholders to maximize impact of sports event initiatives while strengthening brand image.

What you'll do

Lead execution of all regional sports events including high-quality event production, budget management, and project planning. Identify event sites based on market needs and ROI. Serve as liaison between Red Bull and local authorities for authorizations. Manage event budgets and oversee logistics. Collaborate with legal team on contracts and negotiations. Support product activation through collaboration with marketing and sales teams. Share best practices across regional teams and drive ROI through effective communication and content management.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in event management, project coordination, and budget management. Proven experience managing budgets exceeding $400,000. Strong contract and negotiation skills. Knowledge of multiple sports and regional/national landscapes. Experience with television and video production. Established record of collaboration with local governments. Strong planning, project management, and creative problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience. Proficiency in English required; additional languages an asset.

Conditions

Open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa. Base salary range $85,360-$128,040 plus cash incentives.
