What you'll do
- Develop high-quality software solutions as part of a fast-moving team.
- Collaborate with product, design, and other engineering teams to deliver robust features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Identify and address performance and reliability issues.
Who you are
- Proven experience as a software engineer (mid-level or higher) with a track record of delivering technical projects.
- Strong programming skills and familiarity with modern development practices.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Clear communicator who can explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in building scalable web or backend services.
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language used in the stack.
- Experience with modern development tools, testing, and deployment pipelines.
- Ability to work in Lisbon or remotely within the Lisbon time zone.
